This Lodge full of charm and style welcomes you in the upper part of the village known as La Villa Alta, right next to the church and surrounded by typical Ladin farms. The warm and elegant atmosphere is made even more authentic by the bright rooms and the wooden furniture that infuse the house with warmth. Wellness in Alta Badia begins in your lodge in the heart of the Dolomites, which has a large private garden, equipped with lounge chairs and BBQ, with an enchanting view of the ancient Ciastel Colz and the surrounding Dolomites.

The wonderful chalet Picenin 61 is located close to everything you could wish for your stay in La Villa in Alta Badia. If you are looking for skiing fun you will be delighted: the ski slopes and the lifts Piz la Ila and Colz are only a few minutes walk away.
Our Lodge is arranged on two floors to ensure optimal living comfort for up to 6 people. On the ground floor is the living area, which consists of a large and bright living room, enriched by a typical wood stove and overlooking the small terrace with panoramic views of the Piz la Ila plateau. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hotplate, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and crockery. Also on the ground floor there is a restroom with toilet and sink.
On the second floor instead, the sleeping area provides peace and privacy for all guests with two spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The first room has a double bed and a double sofa bed, while the second room has a double bed and can accommodate, on request, a single sofa bed. On the second floor there is also a large bathroom equipped with shower and bathtub, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

THE PRICES INCLUDE: daily cleaning (Sunday excluded), final cleaning, free WI-FI, bike depot, ski-room, ski boot warmer - parking in front of the house, access to the mini SPA in the main structure Sportony Mountain Lodges.
SUPPLEMENTS: breakfast brought directly to the Chalet or served in the main Sportony Mountain Lodges facility (daily supplements: Euro 15.00/adult - Euro 10.00 junior/3-14 years old), bread service, pets are welcome, however we ask a small daily supplement of Euro 10.00.
TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax of Euro 1.40 per person per day is not included in the price and applies to all guests over 14 years old.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT: The chalet is available starting from 3 p.m. on the check-in day until 10 a.m. on the check-out day. We kindly ask our guests to inform us if the expected check-in time is after 6 p.m.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: The reservation becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit, that should be completed within 10 days from the date of reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card, Visa).
OUR CANCELLATION TERMS: In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, no penalty is applied. For cancellations communicated between 4 - 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price is charged. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the total price is charged. In case of late arrival or early departure the price is calculated for the whole period stipulated at the time of reservation.
PAYMENT MODES: For the final payment we accept cash (up to Euro 3000.00), bank cheque or transfer, credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Amex, American Express) or Bancomat (debit cards). We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure.
PETS: Upon prior agreement, we accept pets at the price of Euro 10.00 per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the chalet and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet and in the common areas.
